We begin by analyzing the customer’s problem and breaking it into parts in order to find a solution that works best. The first step is to understand the problem. We listen to our customers. The second step is to devise a plan. We formulate a strategy. This strategy includes: education of products and services available; a goal for integrating the products together or integrating with existing products; corroboration with other companies when needed; and a clear objective on how this strategy will be implemented. The third step is to implement the strategy and or strategies from the plan. And the fourth, and most important, step is to interpret the solution in terms of the original problem. We ask our customers and ourselves, “Does the answer make sense? Is it reasonable?”
