Real-Time Alarm Software

The Real-Time Alarm Software monitors data from HOBO® data loggers and provides real-time alarm notification when conditions exceed user-defined limits. The loggers can be connected directly to the computer via a USB or Serial port, or remotely through an inexpensive USB server on an Ethernet network.

Features

• Alarm notification via cell phone text message, pager or e-mail when conditions exceed user-defined limits
• Visual alarm notification on host computer
• At a 1-minute polling interval, the software can monitor up to 16 data loggers (each logger requires a USB or Serial port) with up to 16 sensor conditions per logger; able to exceed these numbers with longer polling intervals
• Alarm notifications when batteries or available memory get low, or when logger connection is broken
• User-defined delay filters out false alarms from momentary events
• Custom alarm messages defined by user
• Save and recall alarm configurations
• Displays current logger readings
• Computer can still be used for other applications
• Logger data can be offloaded in HOBOware® software to get detailed records of conditions
